Flowing Skirts are more Fun than Pants!
Wow! It looks like there are about as many guys wearing skirts as the women in this video. At most Contra Dances you'll usually see a couple of gents wearing long, flowing skirts and/or kilts. If you haven't tried dancing it in a skirt, it is a lot of fun! And much more comfortable than pants.

Long, flowing skirts are the best for Contra Dancing. They are comfortable and a lot of fun to dance in.
